Just to put everything in prospective. First of all, Daniels is the most experienced MD in the field of hospital waste industry, it is not his fault that incompitent past CEO's could not make it work. Considering he has nearly 50% of the shares , he has more to loose than any of us have. Secondly the case is over and the Judge is deliberating which normally takes 5 to 6 weeks which brings the decision in early september. Of course the comapny is going to say the the case is still going, becuase a decision has not been made. All I am ging to say someone very close to Daniels has told a friend of mine Daniels is quitely confident that it going STP's way.
While the share market was in melt down last week, this stock did not move, what more signs does someone need??
