Perhaps this is my own personal opinion here, but could it be the case that MB is selling out.?

Just think about it for a moment. CTP is basing it's defence on the fact that the problems is just a "FRIVOLOUS ISSUE" and that they cannot be held accountable in a Texans court judgment based on the pretence that CTP has no assets in the USA.

While that might be correct, one cannot forget that MB has assets in the USA and plenty of them. By cutting the umbilical cord could be the solution of an upcoming problem.

And one cannot forget that, if and when a Court case will be heard in Texas where the case could be heard in front of a Jury, the damages, (IF THE CASE IS LOST BY CTP), could be huge considering that some punitive damages could be enforced/handed down as well.

So, just think about it.
