It has come to our notice that rumours are being circulated by people of position in the company that MOT has new legal advice that states that the company is not liable in any litigation on the Court agenda. All shareholders should note that the court records as at today, show Fuze Advisory is still the nominated legal representative for MOT and that no cease to act nor notice of appointment of new legal adviser has been submitted to the Court. Also it is interesting to note that M/s R Webb a Queens Counsel was on the Board of MOT yet resigned shortly after the litigation was served on MOT.
