what about the words "so far received"
maybe the funder insisted on getting everything including his costs back so MMX shares got sold to cover the legals.
maybe CHM will pick up the cash from the "costs" past of the settlement once the costs are assessed and that is what so far received refers to.
you dont know anything about % the funder gets and that is just speculation.
as to using the Koh case as a guidance as your mate Paul likes to point out the two claims were unrelated and not in any way similar in nature.
CHM settlement amount would have been climbing everyday that MMX defense fell apart.
what was interesting to hear you say the other day was the case was always a quantum arguement.
if I may take you back in time to the original statement made by Paul during the MIS takeover that the claim was "without foundation".
Now you and it appears MMX are agreeing that something did happen but the amount of funds taken was not "substantial" in relation to the IO acquisition
MMX now needs a win not even a small loss or else the statements made then and recently are misleading
please ask your insider which witness for MMX provided the forensic evidence that only 5k remained unaccounted for.
