Everyone should avoid CAD just take a look at when they started going after lithium and what has been accomplished since. Imo managment havent done anything except raise and dilute the company beyond repair. It may when be in a great location with a potenitally great deposit. But unless management are upto the job just avoid. PLS pretty much in the bag with permits and finance all but fully completed.

Things to look for as a broad overview are firstly management, there history and past projects that includes the board and where and who they raise money from.
    Top holders and % owned
    Shares on issuse/options
Cash and also tbe ability to raise it
Deposit brine or hard rock. Almsot 3 ish years since PLS acquired pilgangoora and it already had a JORC with a round a drilling done. So be around 5 years total to ramp up to production imo. And they werent any slackers in getting things done.
If you map out all thr others companies timelines to production and compare to your company ask yourself in the same time will it make it to production.
Barring those like MIN and TAW with plants/deposits set up already. AJM and KDR will be next in the race out of the hardrocks. I just dont have a timeframe for brines avoid it since i got out of CAD. But GSC looks the good
