    In terms of price they are near parity, that is all I meant sorry for not specifying this. If BGS do decide to sell raw material you wont get nearly as much $$$ as a product that is ready to be used in batteries though, or close too. Even if you have higher purity. Factor in transportation costs of the product and the processing to get it ready as a battery material will be factors that reduce sale price. Not saying BGS is a bad investment, it will probably have its day. IMO I just prefer my first world country company, location is perfect, in a mining jurisdiction, government wont be looking for huge royalties to support the country in the future as the US want this company to succeed as it will play a vital part of the supply change in the future.

    USA don't want to rely on China, Russia or any other countries for crucial supply chain products.

    Take over/ JV is inevitable once this reaches production stage, if not before.
