One of the primary constraints towards Brine resource processing is the cost of removing the magnesium. I will not comment on the potential of ASN's paradox project other than if the processing technology achieves suboptimal performance, the mine will not be viable.
Yeh my pick is RLC. It's tiny MC (3.5m) makes up for the risk in my opinion. It currently has 3 sets lithium brine of claims in Nevada. The main benefit of Nevada is the low magnesium level relative to brine. The ratio is expected to be more favorable than the mines in the lithium triangle further south. The most recent Ann's the company made regarding their projects was the release of Magnetotelluric surveys for each of the three claims. All 3 recorded readings of <1 ohm-meter in >1 underground area masses with one recording a large underground area of 0.1 ohm-meter in the 1400m deep potential playa. I've put up a small explanation here in another post about what that means.
Ultimately, drilling and test work will provide greater insights but I believe there is significant potential in those aquifers in Nevada and RLC is in the right place.
