WildOne, I stand to be corrected, but think that only Greenbushes is producing. However, some companies are starting production in 2018. Having said that, the biggest gains in stocks (and quickest shareholder capital gains) usually occur in the exploration stage. Then, after drilling results and studies are completed, the share price has some degree of mining profits factored into it and share price can retreat a bit or steadily rise. So if you are looking for a stable mining produer which is paying a dividend, go for a big company eg BHP, Rio, Newcrest, etc, etc. But you will not get rapid increases in share price like you will get from companies reporting on results during the discovery stage. There are risks in buying lithium (and cobalt) explorers, but isn't it exciting to be part of it!
