Wondering what direction current holders hope the new MD takes this company?
My issue with BB and ADV in general is that there were too many announcements hyping the numerous targets, but they would continue to put 2 or 3 holes in Seymour each quarter and collect their gigantic salaries.
At this point, yes it would be great for current holders to have a really good strike and send this flying, but going by the extensive geology we have been given on Seymour North, the drill seems to be chasing North, thinner and deeper sheets of lithium.
It has been said over and over by the 'downrampers'(?) that quantum is what is needed here, but to me at least and many others objectively, their drill program doesn't seemed to be targetting anything that will considerably grow this resource. Geologically speaking, they haven't provided any evidence that the latest holes drilled over the past 6 Months have the potential to result in considerable intersections.
They have extended Seymour minutely, and that is it.
It isn't any type of winning exploration strategy to hope that the next hole in what is becoming a more and more barren target suddenly turns up 40+ meters of a previously unknown orebody hidden next to Seymour, but that is what Brad took his sweet time doing and it has taken the share price down to where it is.
The potential of a big strike isn't priced in, because they company has given nothing to even hint that there is potential for a big strike. At least where they are currently drilling.
What I hope to see as a previous holder who would still like to see ADV turn around.
A) Brad blackballed from this industry unless it is making coffee for real geologists.
B) New MD come in and give an honest assessment of Seymour.
It hasn't yeilded nearly enough to be mined. And it is wasteful continuing to drill it's fringes hoping for a miracle.
B) Assess whether these numerous other targets along the 5km strike length ACTUALLY exist, and maybe present a plan to holders of whether these are worth spending time/money on, and what the attack plan is to turn up one way or another whether this land package will ever be in any way economical.
It clearly proved economical with enough selling points to keep Brad's wage going 2 years and filling a few cap raises,,,, but the question investors have a right to know at this point is whether this ground can be economical for them.
The overall market is smart, and I believe the biggest red flag from the new MD will be a continuation in the same direction ADV has been going since Brad came onboard.
Massive changes are needed, maybe Seymour just needs to be written off if geology simply isn't conducive to a mine size resource, but one way or another, honesty is needed here.
Bucket loads of it.
ADV has followers and faithful going for it, and money in the bank, and a world of potential targets. But that will take balls to tell it like it is from the inside, and can ADV attract the type of management who can right this ship and return money to those who have solely kept it afloat for years?
We'll see..
All just my opinion, take it or leave it.
Best wishes...
