That's the problem, not being mentioned for a while. Don't get me wrong , I think Yantai are still involved but not in the box seat anymore, ever since we raised back in may and got three substantial holders the reporting of Yantai in ADV's Announcements has been very limited. What effect this has had on yantai 's position , I don't know. And that is the crux of the matter , it's all a bit vague at the moment. Brad needs to clear this up so we can all move forward.
