More likely an optimization of DMS 1. DMS1 is robust and not that difficult to upgrade at a substantially lower cost than an entirely new DMS.  You need to be able to feed it as well and thats another exercise.
Additionally, the 5kt mentioned is unlikely us.  I would assume that a test shipment and by definition a second offtake would be notifiable (Mr Luanboo may be better informed on the legality).  Non disclosure would be difficult due to SGX  and I assume ASX rules. A very good reason would be needed for non disclosure
