To attract new investors Cullen Board and the major holder needs to revamp the business.. bring in new blood and create at least one core project to build on.

On the other hand, the devil in me thinks : management is happy to maintain their salaries .. and the major shareholder is content with having another shell company to shuffle money around...

I am still listing to my guarding Angel, who put me on PLS at 3c... VRC at 1c, and so many others... and will give Cullen more rope...
