Not too well read on PSC or GPP so I won't comment.

KDR are PROPOSING that they have large tonnage at reasonably high grades, economically viable mining, with mining permits basically available bar a few amendments needed and a possible MOU agreement with a neighbouring nickel processing plant (POS) which have already advised that they are capable of processing lithium. Nearly sounds too good to be true or at least too good to be at the current SP.
