I'm very disappointed with GPP like many other investors. I got in for OHD, which I thought had wonderful potential, but seems to have fallen by the wayside. I'm holding in the hope that GPP will be turned around, but not buying more at the moment. As an alternative to Lithium or Cobalt have a look at Vanadium or Zinc Bromide flow batteries. They offer some interesting advantages including 100% discharge capacity and have a wide operating temperature range.
