In the ANN by LIT they mention that: "The agreement, ...will also give Lithium Australia access to superior battery management systems." Does ADO have these? I am not aware of this. Therefore it points to someone else.
In another paragraph, it also states:"The first stage of the development programme will commence immediately with the establishment of a laboratory and testing facilities in Queensland." I understand ADO already has a small battery laboratory. Unless it is inadequate, this also points to someone else.
