Hoping it is us, but the ann never says they've agreed with a partner currently based in Brisbane, only that they will establish operations in Wacol.

It would all make sense, and the wording of the ann is very familiar. I don't think ADO would be required to ann until the MOU terms are formally signed. If I were running the show at ADO right now, I wouldn't be game to announce anything until it is formalised. Hoping lessons have been learned...
