So Dempsey Resources are a T20 shareholder in LRS and you don't like Tony Sage who controls them. LRS operate out of the same building as Sage (I gather from HC that he also owns the building).

I say, so what! There are plenty of colorful characters operating in ASX companies, from penny dreadfuls to the top end. There is a lot of, lets call it 'networking' in Perth and lots of companies operating out of the same buildings.
