My guess is someone bought into a stock that looks very weak on its trade history that now has a trade status of "enquiry " with just one little buyer wanting a paltry 29,000 shares at half the normal recent trading price...the biggest red flag I see is someone purporting to alert us to something they are not willing to elaborate on...LRS is not not likely in my opinion to get much cheaper if, at all, unless the Lithium isn't there (metre long spodumene crystals so that's unlikely) so if it's an inept attempt at a down ramp try somewhere else.
