Yes IMO Exergen opted out of merger due to CAG missing conditions precedent.
Exergen's backers have pledged $millions towards demo according to RSM Bird report but IMO also want Gov green light and $ contribution.
Yes CAG were looking for an opportunity and according to recent ann't still are.
Yes I think Exergen still in game and am hopeful that they are one of the entities Mantle are currently in confidential negotiations with.
Do you think Vic Gov want to see Neyveli upgrading their own lignite or would prefer to see Vic BCE being sent to India?
