Did CAG the telecom co go looking for Exergen ??? ( is this correct?? Or other way around)

Was it Exergen that was looking to raise capital through market , did they propose to do that through the CAG/Exergen and on to the asx???

So you think it was Exergen that played hardball with CAG and then threw them out of the cott in the end of not complying ???

Did it not appear a bit odd to you that the snippet that Lexmark picked out of mantles ann....didn't mention Exergen's name....considering they are a JV partner...?????
