....ECT management made the "NO" call (apparently) and in doing so have probably missed the boat.

I'd say by all the DICE talk going around...

...that call may not have been the most forward thinking call to make either.

Then again, I have had a whisper, that an Indian Co came a knocking on ECT's door years ago and were given the "NO" call and went door knocking elsewhere...now it seems ECT chasing business oppt's in India...go figure.

So by your reckoning...if ECT management say so it must be so...right?...just like the calls they have made on Monash to date...right again?
