That is either false or a serious allegation that management are not doing their jobs properly.

It says no such thing, the page you re referring to was created by the then publicity agents for ESI. ESI was on the most left hand column which was not listed in any ranking order. That position has now been taken by the newest updater of the wiki page, a German tech.
