Obes, why can Exergen disclose publicly that Tata, Theiss, Sedgman and Itochu want to off take their CHTD product, fund the demo, build the demo and sell the CHTD tech, yet ECT aren't allowed to announce a single deal?
The reality is that the only silencing imposed by the dpi relates to discussing the ALDP process and status, not everyday company deals. Co's have to comply with normal ASX continuous disclosure. Where are their deals and backers?
