Sounds like the same dribble ECT have been putting out - everyone is always in negotiations. Timeframe to get the coal out of the ground - yonks away.
Your just hoping for an announcement that will say JV mou etc etc SP goes up a bit and hopefully you can offload that dog once and for all ( ect SH are in the same boat ). Those negotiations could go for years and there is only a limited amount of coal that can be shipped out of this BC pilbara.
There is a reason they are called penny dreadfuls - all we hear is raisings and convertible notes. IK is desperate for something as he wants to announce a raising - that announcement will be a pipe dream. IK loves to have a million in the bank.
