Re-read the Listing Rules.

7.1 does not have VWAP restriction.
(7.1A which is a different rule that GMC have never referred to does)

In any instance GMC use 7.2 (being am Exception to 7.1).

Anyways I'm not schooling you on this. Speak to someone else on here.

PS - the last time I lost the plot, both ASX and ASIC were keen to investigate the issues. If you're track history is anything to go by, this certainly needs to be referred to them.
