Where are you getting this $3m from?

March 31st Quarterly Cash Position is $1.76m did you just add the recent $1.6m share issue to it?

Thing is, there was no share issue during March Quarterly except for the private placement. So part of it should be included as part of the $1.253m gained from share issue, as per the march quarterly. Because the private placement was completed before the end of March, the amount gained from the $1.6m private placement should be included in the march quarterly.
From how I see it, their cash position is nowhere near $3m mark.
With no conversion of options, imo KSX probably only has about 800k left after this month.

Not 100% sure about this, so if you disagree, please point out where the $1.25m during march came from.
