What may have alluded FGE, amongst many other things, is that parties visiting the data room could simply be readying themselves to tender for the projects currently being overseen by FGE.
How FGE intends to tender going forward, with their in-house costings virtually on show, is beyond me.
It leads me to the conclusions, and it is only my opinion, that FGE will cease to exist in the very near future.
