The idea with this thread is to create a list of dispassionate questions to be posed to our BOD that shareholders are seeking a response to prior to or at the AGM

As for the second part, how about:
Q42 What unique skill sets do recent new appointments bring that go to achieving the many current deliverables? How were these appointments prioritised over other HR prioritise and what processes employed rob ensure the best applicants were appointed?
Assuming we don’t have prior communications that respond to these questions, they will then be raised at the AGM.
Again let’s give our BOD every opportunity to respond to the legitimate questions we have.
