    What remains to be clarified at or before AGM 

    1. Epanko funding KfW involvement. What amount sought of total mine finance requirement?
    2. Status including outstanding issues to secure and finalize funding from KfW as relate to KNLs application (if any)
    3. Status including outstanding issues to secure and finalize funding from KfW beyond KNLs control (ie Tanzanian legislative issues).
    4. If the latter point involves negotiation with the Tanzanian Government then who is the negotiating party, what is KNLs involvement in these negotiations & what is the anticipated timeframe for outcome?
    5. German Government Guarantee status and timeframe for outcome?
    6. Is there any back up to KfW funding Epanko?
    7. Of remaining Epanko Finance (amount not potentially being supplied by KfW)What is total remaining funding required to complete Epanko?
    8. EFICs involvement in Financing if at all of EPANKO?
    9. Is EFIC reliant of KfW application successfully progressing.
    10. Nedbanks involvement in financing if at all, of EPANKO
    11. Is there a remaining shortfall for Epanko financing beyond KfW/EFIC and Nedbank?
    12. If then what is total remaining to complete Epanko?
    13. If required, what plans are being considered for this remaining funding
    14. Assuming all goes to plan what reasonable time range for delivering on FULL Epanko financing is anticipated? 
    15. Is there any plan B back up to KfW funding majority of Epanko .
    16. Status mine preparation EPANKO. (Epanko Development Program announced 7 Jun 2018). What work has been undertaken to date to prepare mine site, equipment supply, staffing etc Photos of mine preparations if any.

    27. Status offtake agreements for EcoGraf pilot existing 3000t of Battery grade graphite?
    28. Status EcoGraf pilot expansion. Location, staffing, equipment supply.
    29. Note recent announcements have confirmed offtakes with non KNL/Epanko graphite feedstock suppliers. Details. Quantities, source countries and importantly purpose. If above 3000t then what is the purpose of these feedstocks and how is the supply being funded without offtakes for pilot?
    30. Status offtakes for full 20,000 Ecograf plant Germany
    31. Status funding expansion of EcoGraf pilot expansion through to full plant. Gantt in recent presentation suggests proceeding this year (2018). As this is otherwise unfunded at what stage are negotiations with strategic investor/s up to and expected timeline.
    32. Status additional EcoGraf plants. Various recent announcements have indicated additional plants “Asia/ Tanzania/Europe” Please provide detailed explanation of status of multinational EcogGraf rollout. Timeframes, locations. Number of parties and countries with which KNL is in negotiations.
    33. Multiple Conferences have been attended this last year from South Africa to New York to Perth. What has been the cost and what has been achieved by attending all these conferences? Can they be cost justified given limited human resources and multiple still unfunded “in negotiation’ projects.
    34. What is the conference schedule for the coming year, attendees and targeted outcome.
    35. Status staffing in each country of operation Tanzania, Australia and Germany.
    36. How are current staff in Tanzania being utilized in light of the ongoing delays in mine finance and progress
    37. Status remaining tenements in Tanzania. Is there any further near term developments planned for the remaining tenements?
    38. Does BOD intend to introduce quarterly BRR style investor briefings (the 4th quarter being the AGM) where questions from shareholders can be raised prior and addressed during as has been recommended by shareholders to BOD.
    39. Clear current role and benefit for company of everyone on payroll. Comment on salary vs current size of company and activities during these apparent waiting periods (not many activities reported). 

    40.  Plans for changes in company to reduce spend given further funding delays 

    41. What unique skill sets do recent new appointments bring that go to achieving the many current deliverables? How were these appointments prioritised over other HR prioritise and what processes employed rob ensure the best applicants were appointed?
    42. With no business interests in Australia and no plans for a graphite processing facility here, has management considered the benefits of relocating our head office and local personnel to Germany? It would seem there is much greater marketing and business opportunities there (and in Europe more broadly) than in Australia

    Guess we are waiting for the AGM and demanding answers there.

    Some token on market purchases by a Director aiming to secure his Board seat.

    AGMs shaping up to be a big one...and as has been suggested, will be closely followed by a EGM  unless there is a concerted effortby BOD to provide answers, a genuine initiative to improve shareholder communication by the Board at and moving on from the AGM and perhaps a genuine effort to strengthen the Board itself .
