I'm in Argentina at the moment doing some research on local markets and I stumbled across this list of brine (plus some hard rock) projects. It's in Spanish but there is an easily understandable set of tables on pages 24 to 27 that show the current projects and exploration projects.

It's a bit out of date (March 2017) because, as I recall, ORE sold Salinas Grandes to LSC Lithium at around the same time, but otherwise very interesting.
