Myself and another PPN shareholder attended the hearing at the Supreme Court this morning.
The matter of a stay order on the Bar20 liquor licence cancellation has been deferred until Wednesday morning 1st June.
The matters of leave to appeal and the actual appeal against the cancellation of the Bar20 liquor licence will be heard together by a Judge in mid June in a trial lasting about 2 days.
