Who finds it strange that there have been no sellers for a while and now all of a sudden, there are sellers lining up everywhere.
Nothing has changed. What has changed, IMO, is that someone spooked the people trying to keep the SP down by buying some larger parcels and now they are making sure that it stays down by flooding the market depth with sell orders.
Doesn anyonme think I am on the money?
