    There still should be a law where a director must disclose to the shareholders if he has used his holdings as a security. And it should be a crime to lend them even by third parties to shorters.

    I really got screwed ovwer on this one, thanks to ANZ ET AL

    Now I have a really big tax loss, anyone know when this will become effective?
