Unfortunately fellow shareholders the recent announcements & flood of notices to ASIC the last few weeks was just the vultures fleeing the Titanic.

Without keeping shareholders informed, or the ASX for that matter, which in turn in my opinion, placed severe limitations on anyone's ability to use the shell as a back door listing, AYN slips into history / Liquidation. Well done on the disclosures fella's, hope the indigestion has gone from all those meetings. TPG.
