Pump n dump or not...LIO is being set up for a run!
News coming regarding Oseil spud date and obviously "oil" when it hits target depth...and now we have an "offer" for Bula expected at some time.
The sort of "expectation" this scenario creates in the market, can have a major impact on a companies share price...much more than any good news announcments could ever have!
