Who's selling off LIO for .004 on the bell in order that the next day begins at a price to stir selling sentiment in the impatient and lame?

It appears to me like a pattern, but considering the enormous and enduring demand how long could this strategy be maintained? If indeed it is a strategy.

Maybe they figure they have time on their side.
