TH ABS would make it more complex but is the ABS fitted to the trailers ? If not then could this be where the niche market is for ABV rather than retrofitting tractor units or rigid frame trucks ?
Also I would think the brakeing system ABV has would be ideal for mine conveyers in stopping them in emergencies it is a high dust environment.
As for women drivers in mines I think they cause so much fewer repair bills because it is better to train up someone that does not have an ego or already thinks they know everything.
The male New Guineans also are great machinery operators even if illiterate as do exactly as asked .
