Simple mathematics still tells me if the SP for OBL is 2c its leverage is still better than REY, particularly if OBL has 100% of the Derby Block (at least initially and even after getting value from someone farming in).
BRU, with a SP of 38c today, would not then have 19 times the asset value so the OBL at 2c would still be a good leverage play.
