Well he certainly doesn't look hungry, he's actually fatter than ever! It looks like he's morphed into some kind of cross between "Fat Bastard" from Austin Powers and a Hobbit (seriously, look at those feet... WTF?!)

I should've know the alarm bells after Roman Abramovich met with Bond and nothing eventuated. When it comes to criminals it certainly takes one to know one, and Abramovich would've spotted Bond from a mile away.
