    they should just give D&C a 10% free carried interest up until BFS, SRK can then sell another 15-20% to a strategic investor to fund the BFS along with existing cash, we then get the assets into production (or sell the lot) and everyone is a winner.

    surely everyone's view is to monetise or crystallise the value of these assets as soon as possible
