I think that we will have a good understanding of D&C's thinking next week. They would have received legal advice by now about the shootout - and depending on what they heard will dictate whether they deal-up or take it to court.

My 'punt' is that they will deal-up. Only because they negotiated the shootout and went through the process. Can they now just say no because it did not go their way?

In any case - there is a very good chance that this will be resolved very soon and then they can just get on with it. I have been waiting for a very long time.
