Hello Steven1, I only have a very superficial knowledge of this stock and Im not an experienced trader so my comment should be investigated thoroughly.
I had the impression that the buyout by Arctic Capital and others from MFS meant that they held so much of LLA or could down the track... leading to a situation where they could compulsorily buy all shares.?? and I would think that might be at a price that suited them?? I.e. they hold so much of the stock and you could caught in a situation if they bought it out at a very low price..
