Well mate if you write to them they will give you the run around for weeks and weeks on end in the hope that you will give up and move on, and then, when you are starting to put the pressure on them and ask them for a response, they will tell you that it has got nothing to do with them and that it is an ASIC problem to sort out.
All in all you have wasted weeks if not months of your time only to find out that they brushed you off and got nowhere.
And that is our Regulators and how the cookies crumble.
