This has been a disaster for me. Fortunately a small one relatively. I seriously hope the board looks at how the company has been operated in the last year . There have been to many excuses from the weather to the drill rig ancillaries (BOP) Personally I am sick of the excuses , the drill pad should have been been accessable even during the heavy snow , as its easy to fabricate/operate a snow plough and or blower Having the wrong Blow out preventer to me does not indicate a high level of competency My expectations due to the above are low as seems to be reflected in the general markets attitude to TNP I Will still have a bit for xmas presents though.
