Whitey, sorry but you don't really know what you are talking about.
The simple fact that the Company is de-listed may actually be a good thing for shareholders as they do not have to accrue ASX fees nor comply with many of the ASX Listing Rules.
The shell would have to re-comply with Listing Rules 1 and 2 REGARDLESS of it is de-listed or not.
De-listing may help the company to restructure and then come on again, without the burden of ASX Listing Rules whilst it deals with these issues.
