    There will be a huge increase in spending on light products over the next 3 years as incandescent bulbs are phased out. LCL is sitting pretty to take a fair percentage of this cake.
    Takeover will happen before this occurs IMO...either way the profits will increase substantially...now in a strong uptrend.
