You'd be a brave man to think you'd get approval to build an open pit mine in the Philippines right now.

Maybe in 6 years time when they get a new president and environment minister...

More importantly in the 2013 scoping study I think it suggested that the start capex was around US$220m...

I don't know about you guys but if MML has $220m to spend (which it doesn't so it'd need to either borrow or do a cap raise) I think there are better opportunities out there than open pit mine in the Philippines...
