    I know when they are drilling fang.

    Most likely in February 2019 once the DNR open the tundra to travel, to allow ice road construction. 5 months is not soon.

    Top 20 is predominantly nominee accounts(16 of the 20) based on the old info on Red Emperor's website, ~60% is not uncommon. I'll check the annual report once it's released to confirm any changes.
