I wonder if there are any of the old timers still holding this doggie from the highs? Say $3, but the highest level was briefly around $8. How or why it got to $8 I could never understand.

My original entry was around 66-68 cents in early 2009, but I only bought 13k shares as goldies were a new speculation for me back then. It ran up very quickly to $2.60 and I sold thinking I could buy in again at a lower price. That did not happen and it sailed away to incredible highs. The tell was when the CEO sold a heap of his shares for millions at around $3.60 (I think), purportedly to fund new premises in Sydney. People where posting that it would head to $24 on the basis of their their nearby project, now pretty much dead.

I traded in and out (mostly unsuccessfully) on the way down from around $3.00 to $1.60), but have had more overall success in the last 3 years, and hopefully this is gunna be a great year for us hardy MML buffs.

It is amazing that they did not issue shares as if they were confetti like most of the other doggies out there, despite all the struggles and stuff ups along the way.

Besides improvements in its operations which are expected to be manifested once the new shaft is completed, a significant increase in the LOM via exploration success will get the share price heading in the right direction.

loki (MML back to $3.00 or bust - gold USD1800)
