If you read the ASX announcement, the Corporate Travel shares were sold via a Court Order because of Divorce proceedings between Tony Bellas and his wife, without his knowledge.

We are more than happy for Tony Bellas to continue as Chairman of Novonix, given the shareholder wealth creation he has helped to achieve at Corporate Travel and State Gas.
During Tony Bellas' Chairmanship of Corporate Travel and State Gas, the share price performance of both companies has been impressive to say the least.
If you invested $75,000 in Corporate Travel in 2012 at $1.75, the share price is now $24.40, it would now be worth $1,045,714 and they are paying dividends.
If you invested $75,000 in State Gas even as late as September 2018 at $0.17c, the share price now is worth $0.85, your investment would now be worth $375,000.
My family, friends and I are happy to keep topping up while we wait for an ASX announcement from Novonix confirming that the PUREgraphite production plant is now operational in the US for sales revenue, profits and dividends.
The dividend yields once they start production and become cashflow positive, is quite compelling.
Today was a good day to accumulate NVX shares.
